This site is dedicated to the sport and hobby of running centered in New York State's Capital Region. It was inspired by the digital magazine, Road and Trail Talk, put out by the Albany Running Exchange sixty times between 2005 and 2015.

 

Much of the writing, editing, and site maintenance is done by Aaron Major, member of the Albany Running Exchange and resident of Pattersonville, NY. This is a statement of responsibility, not credit. Most of the content would not exist were it not for the generous giving of time by others.
